Why Should You Trust This Review?
I never write a review of a product or service before giving it a thorough try. A total of 206 payments have been made to me as of the time of writing this line since I first signed up with Clickworker nearly 7 years ago in 2015. When I joined Clickworker, there were fewer than a million users. Today, there are more than 3.6 million members of the Clickworker family. I have worked on a variety of projects, including audio, photo, and video projects, as well as small tasks on a computer and a mobile app. So I know a lot of things about Clickworker you may find useful, and you can trust me.
What is Clickworker?
Clickworker is a popular microjobs website founded in 2005, which helps companies make their systems smart with the help of feedback/inputs from around 4 million clickworkers(like us) from 136 countries. So far Clickworker has completed over 1 million projects. Clickworker offers a platform where you can complete small jobs/tasks such as uploading a photo and get paid for your time and inputs. There are 2 kinds of people who join Clickworker –
1. Customers – Individuals/companies who need human inputs to make their system better and smart. They bring projects to Clickworker.
2. Clickworkers – People who complete small tasks to earn some money in their spare time.
Is Clickworker Legitimate or Fake?
Clickworker without a doubt is 100% legitimate and safe. You can find many payment proofs online, and many people like me from all over the world have received their payments successfully. They certainly wouldn’t have survived 21 long years without paying clickworkers for their work. They also adhere to rules that ensure fairness and trust between businesses and clickworkers and have signed the Crowdsourcing Code of Conduct.
How Does Clickworker Work?
Clickworker is actually a platform where clients (employers) can submit their projects and clickworkers(workers) help complete those projects to get paid. Let’s understand this by breaking it into parts –
- An employer/client submits the project to Clickworker using self or managed service discussing all the requirements.
- Clickworker with its technology breaks a complex project into small tasks called microtasks and serves to millions of qualified clickworkers. Clickworkers complete the tasks and submit them.
- Clickworker reviews submitted tasks carefully and merge all the tasks into meaningful result and send it to the client.
So it’s like a win-win situation for everyone involved in the whole process. Clients gets their project done, Clickworker gets its fee for managing the project and you get paid for completing tasks.
What Kinds of Tasks/Jobs do I get to do on Clickworker?
When you sign up with Clickworker as an independent contractor, you sign their NonDisclosure Agreement and you are supposed not to disclose any details of projects you are working on. So rather than giving exact details about projects, I am mentioning larger categories to give you an idea about what kind of jobs you can see on Clickworker or UHRS –

How Much Can I Earn From Clickworker?
Well, it depends on a lot of different things, including your skills, where you are located, whether there are tasks available, and many more. A successfully completed task earns you a few cents to dollars depending upon the difficulty level of the task. Your skills can help you qualify for more tasks and complete tasks in a particular category more quickly.
There will be times when you will have a lot of projects available to work on, and then there will be long dry seasons. The increasing number of crowd workers makes it difficult to get jobs assigned as new tasks are swept up very fast.
Hard to predict, but considering all these factors, I would say you can make $7 to $10 per hour when the work is available. And you can expect $3 to $13 per hour from UHRS via Clickworker. The majority of people who sign up for Clickworker never return because they are unable to find work right away. Let me let you in on a little secret: the only way to succeed is to regularly log into Clickworker and UHRS several times every day. Within the first few days, especially in UHRS, you will begin to notice patterns, such as what time of day particular tasks become available.
