  4. Dear Sir,

I have been selected for the post of JE(ATC) and my joining date 28th june 2017 at IGI airport New Delhi.

1- I have confusion regarding preparation of medical certificate and at what address it should be sent or not sent through speed post? As it is not given in form C.

2-I have sent the acceptance letter via email (hrcell@aai.aero) as it was mentioned. Is it sufficient as I have not received any confirmation mail from them?

3-As I was previously employed to TCS so should I need to prepare “Return Asset and Liabilities (Form L)”? And In such case from where should I download it?

Please clear my confusion as it is very urgent. I need to prepare documents ASAP.If possible please share your contact with me. Waiting for your reply.

    Hemant Kumar

    1. 1. They must have mentioned where you will be required to report on 28th June. Send your medical fitness certificate at that address.
      2. Expect no acknowledgement from AAI.
      3. It has been sent to you with others forms and joining letter.
